5.45am Go for walk along the beach, on the way there I usually say my Rosary and I suppose I meditate at this time. I only walk for an hour but sometimes I meet someone and have a chat, dont necessarily know them but if we are walking in the same direction I introduce myself and then we walk and talk, because we all know people who walk in the morning are always more friendly then the evening walkers.
Tony had breakie ready when I got home mushrooms on toast with tomatoes and poached egg yum yum!
Then we went to Mass and coffee and cake afterwards never gonna get these extra kilo's off.
Then we did some gardening and sweeping the winds last week really caused havoc .
Then lunch, Thai Curry on the menu today, I love Thai food
After lunch I go and visit Siobhan and we do coffee at Woody Point its really lovely down there now, I love going there.
