MASSAGE AND HAIRCUT DAY TUESDAY 31STJANUARY

Usual start to the day,walk 1720 steps to Notre Dame on good authority from Fr Ronni, who uses his pedometer, Mass, Breakie and walk second 1720 steps home, then a little house work ie clean unit and do some washing.
We decided not to go out and about today so instead, Tony had a haircut and I decided on massage I though I'd start with a foot reflexology, it was so beautiful not that I remember too much of it, except when she dug me with her thumbs This was only 1000 steps each way.
When I got back I was still tired and relaxed I just sat and did some needle work.

4.30 It's off to Notre Dame again for prayers and dinner and then the walk again, 
dinner was very good tonight sweet and sour pork  and some cheese cake so the exercise will be of no use if the eating doesn't slow down, but I'm told after Chinese new year all settles.
